If you subscribe to Spiritual Experiences newsletter, your information is completely confidential. We do not give your information to third parties. We will not spam you. You can opt out at any time.

Persons who supply Spiritual Experiences with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they have place on-line. We will not solicit you for business.

No information about any client will be shared or discussed with any third party without written consent of the client or parents/guardian if the client is under 18.

Ethics

Spiritual Experience is here to be of service. We treat everyone equally no matter what gender, race, religion, or orientation.

All sessions are confidential.

Spiritual Experiences is not a medium service, so we do not talk to the dead or answer questions about the other side. We do not solve crimes or locate lost items. We do not predict deaths nor try to diagnose illness.

As a matter of policy, we reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.

Anyone under the age of 18 will need parents’ consent.

Spiritual Experiences is committed to honestly sharing the message of the cards. This can sometimes be negative or hard to take in. Sometimes it’s a lack of information. The cards often reveal what the clients needs to know, rather than what they want to know. Purchasing a session means the client is aware of the unknown nature of the cards and is prepared to hear outcomes.

Spiritual Experiences does not believe the future is set in stone. We look at the overall projected outcome and then make the adjustments we need. Spiritual Experiences believes we have the power to create our own futures. No session about the future is 100% guaranteed.

The client’s safety and trust come first. Anything the client finds triggering or difficult to talk about needs to be shared before the session begins. Clients can stop the session at any time.

Card Session Disclaimer

By utilizing in my spiritual services, the client acknowledge that I am not a licensed psychologist or health care professional, and that my services do not replace the care of psychologists or other health care professionals. Tarot sessions are in no way to be construed or substituted as psychological counseling or any other type of therapy or medical advice.

Tarot sessions are for entertainment purposes only. I will at all times exercise my best professional efforts, skills and care. However, I cannot guarantee the outcome of the session and/or recommendations made in a Tarot session and my comments about the outcome are expressions of opinion only. I cannot make any guarantees other than to deliver the tarot services purchased as described.

Reiki Disclaimer

Reiki is a simple, gentle, hands-on energy technique that is used for stress reduction and relaxation. Reiki practitioners do not diagnose conditions, nor do they prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, nor interfere with treatment of a licensed medical professional. Reiki does not take the place of medical care. It is recommended that the client see a licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment they may have. Reiki can complement any medical or psychological care the client may be receiving. The body has the ability to heal itself and to do so, complete relaxation is often beneficial. Long term imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple sessions in order to facilitate the level of relaxation needed by the body to heal itself.

Personal checks are not accepted.

Same day bookings are not available.

An apportionment is booked with a credit card, any cancellation needed to be made within 24hrs for a refund.

If you are late for the appointment the lost time will come out of your session time. Spiritual Experiences cannot go into overtime to make up for it.

If you do not show, there is no refund and no reschedule.

Spiritual Experiences offers recordings of your online reading. Recordings will be sent within 1-2 business days. We do not save the recordings so if you have requested one make sure you save it. You are welcome to bring your own recording device.

Once the session is over, readers will not have extra time for follow up questions. If you want to explore something further, you are welcome to book another session.

Spiritual Experiences does offer Gift Certificates. However they are not refundable but they are transferrable.

If you are not happy with your reading, there are no refund. Please make sure Spiritual Experiences is the right place for you by reading our website carefully.

Readings done online via video chat rely on an internet connection. Occasionally, things may happen during a video chat session that are outside of Spiritual Experiences control: A dropped call, loss of internet or Wi-Fi, power outage, service disruption, or computer malfunction on either the client’s or on Spiritual Experiences side is not something that can be controlled or prevented. If a call does get cut off Spiritual Experiences will do everything it can to restore the session. And if we loose time, Spiritual Experiences will stay on to make up for the lost time. If we cannot re-establish our session Spiritual Experiences will offer to reschedule. Spiritual Experiences is not able to offer a refund due to technical issues.

A face to face session with Spiritual Experiences is very private please do not bring anyone with you, I do not allow other to sit in on private readings. They will need to wait in waiting area.
